The easiest way to get to NUS is via a cab from the airport. The cab
fares (by meter) are reasonable - less than S$20/US$12 to reach the
University. You may rely on the Campus Internal Bus (20 cents per
trip) to get around campus.
To get out of campus, you may hail a cab from any part of campus, or
to minimise waiting, to queue for one at the Taxi Stand located at
National University Hospital, located 5 mins from the School of
Computing. Alternatively, you may like to take a bus to the nearest
Subway (called MRT here) which could take you to most parts of
Singapore fast and effectively. Bus 96 will take you to Clementi MRT
Station and Bus 95 will take you to Buona Vista MRT.
- The NUS Visitor's Lodge is very accessible by taxi. Just indicate to
the taxi driver that it is located within the National University of
Singapore (NUS) - near to the Central Library and Computer
Centre. Alternatively, you may take Bus 24 to Tanah Merah MRT, and
then alight at Clementi MRT. Take Bus 96 to NUS, drop at Computer
Centre Bus-stop. The map is located at

- Don't worry about reaching there after 2200hrs. You may collect the
keys from the Security Office, Main Admin Building, located just 5
mins' from the Visitor's Lodge.
